The Maia Destiny has a pretty big opening, but I actually find the "tongue" bit that sticks out in the middle (which does not move or flick, it's just a fixed piece of silicone) doesn't leave enough room for my large clit and breaks the seal of the toy a frustrating amount. This would work better with a *smaller* clit, but I do think there is a potential for a clit to be so small it doesn't contact anything and the stimulation feels more indirect. I don't know how much of a problem this would be. The Nu Sensuelle Trinitii is a true suction toy with a much smaller opening that has an actual moving flicking bit.

True suction toys, like the Maia Destiny, do tend to be noisy. Air pulse toys, like the Satisfyer Pro 2 or the Womanizer, are only loud if you just hold them in the air, but are much quieter when pressed against the body. The Womanizer Premium has "smart silence" that turns off when it's not in contact with your body, so it doesn't have that sudden noise if you accidentally break contact. Ioba Toys also claims the OhMyC is silent.
