 So if it's way below five seconds, then it's way too hot. If it's way above five seconds, that means it's way too cool all right, so we're getting to that perfect temperature. Here, i'm just gon na kind of go like this see how we're sitting this dancing is exactly what we want to see. We'Re ready to go all right so we're right about at the temperature that we're looking for so i'm gon na go ahead and add oil to this pan

 I'M gon na go ahead and do the flip what we want to see man i've been doing this for years. Don'T you doubt me fried eggs, not so much all right, so we are just about ready here, go ahead and take this flip it over the great thing about stainless clad. It can go in the oven up to 800 degrees, so you can finish it off there. If you want to maybe at 325 or so, but i think we're good to go, we got it to the temperature

 Now, if you put the water on the pan - and it just sits there and it just kind of splatters, then it is not ready. That means that you need to raise the temperature, give it a little bit more time now, if it actually explodes in the pan. That means you're way too hot. You need to dial it back and give it a little bit of time to cool down all right

 I haven't used had to use any kind of spray or oil on this. It'S amazing. This guy is made in blue carbon. Steel frying pan: this is the 12-inch version and it sells for 89, it's the perfect hybrid of cast iron and stainless steel, and that's why it's sold out three times and has had waiting lists over ten thousand people

 It has cast irons, heat retention and seasoning capability, making it non-stick, whereas it also has stainless steels, lightweight, cooking control and cooking speed. It'S awesome for high heat searing, it's a little heavier than your standard, stainless steel pan, but it's amazing for your high heat cooks. You also have to season it and maintain it similar to similar that you would a cast iron pan, but it's fantastic and finally, they sent me their 8-inch chef knife. It sells for 89 on their website and it's available in black red and white

 It'S built with the five ply. Construction has a stay cool handle and it has great heat conduction. I'Ve noticed it boils water significantly quicker than our old pans. I love it for sauces or even whisking

 It's tall and narrow, so I never have to worry about it boiling over.The stainless steel is substantial, but still relatively lightweight. I've noticed sometimes food will stick to the bottom of the pot, but it's been easy to clean and get looking good as new

I replaced a pot in my kitchen with this Made In 5 qt. but I’m disappointed in small spots on the inside of the pot that will not wash off after first use. Not sure why, but it certainly does not look good.

Pan has performed nicely. The only complaint so far is the staining/discoloration left in the pan after cooking pork and beans. Not sure why the staining occurred.

My husband loves the pot, he comes from a restaurant family so he appreciates quality cookware - but we can’t always affords some of the really high priced sets out there.

So My plan is to slowly switch our cookware from the current stuff (not all that bad) to a new set of Made In. My next purchase will be a set of knives and am seriously considering your set - they are beautiful, but I will be looking for reviews on them to make a final decision!

I will tell you that my stock pot (a gift for my husband - the cook in our family) arrived but the box was in bad shape - one of the pot handles completely protruded out of a break/hole in the box. I took pics just in case there was damage but once unpacked we saw no appreciable damage at all.

 They offer carbon steel, nonstick options with various sets to fit your needs. For us there’s nowhere we’d ever get our cookware than Made-In. Simply put, their cookware is just quality, and their customer centered service is unbeatable.

We purchased the starter set to kick off the beginning of healthy, and creative cooking. Healthy and delicious starts not just with quality ingredients, but the quality of cookware we use to cook our ingredients in makes all the difference. 

Made-In is the gold standard

 No discoloration to speak of. In short I love this great pan! Picture is after a dozen+ uses. BTW the pan is easier to clean if you let the oil get quite hot before adding food. Can reduce heat after if needed

 I have used it stovetop to oven several times and am happy with the results. The handle does not get hot quickly on the stove, I use cast iron a lot so I keep a sleeve handy but 20 to 30 minutes on medium or medium high heat is no problem. I remain cautious however. Pan cleans easily and ever 4th or 5th use I use a stainless cleaner and rinse

I’m replacing a non-stick cookware set purchased 20 years ago. Decided to start with a high quality stainless steel skillet to allow me to sear proteins and put skillet-made dishes directly into oven at high heat. After looking at many different brands, decided to try out MadeIn given all the other high ratings and was not disappointed. Hefty but not overly heavy, the handle stays cool even under high heat on the cooktop

Made in the non stick frying pan was some of the best eggs ever made. Also made in the stainless steel frying pan was restaurant quality looking chicken thighs for a salad.
