TR6000i - one step down from the TR7000i, same dated aesthetics, light commercial, comparable to the 4TR. TR5500iM - folding, 4.0 HP DC drive motor, allows casting YouTube from a mobile device to the 10" touchscreen, would still meet your needs but the unit won't be quite as sturdy as the models above or the TRUE PS300, as it's a folding treadmill.

Then if you're willing to lubricate a belt, I think the best budget-friendly models with an AC motor would be something like the LifeSpan TR6000i, TR7000i, or TR7000iM. All three are on my shop. Obviously I'm biased, but they're nice machines.

Just this week, there was a comment about how buyers shouldn't expect home treadmills to last more than 5-7 years.

If you're that hard on treadmills, you might consider something light commercial grade, like the $2499 LifeSpan TR6000i or $3299 Star Trac 4TR if you wanted something that could last 15+ years. Both would be much better and more comfortable than your F80. The 4TR has a 3-year labor warranty, with parts at 5-10 years.

It's simple and robust. It's a good starting point recommendation, then you can go from there, based on budget, features you want, etc.

It's not typically recommended, since commercial treadmills are so expensive to repair and they're typically sold only when they need repairs, but if you learned to properly inspect and diagnose one, you could end up finding a great deal. I carry the LifeSpan TR6000i light commercial treadmill, but even like commercial treadmills are only designed for 6-ish hours of us each day. If you're walking, it might not be an issue.

But, for the money, they can't really be beat. LifeSpan has the light commercial TR6000i treadmill which would also be a great fit - more expensive and nicer than the Sole but less expensive and less sturdy than the Star Trac.
