The Levi's Women's 721 High Rise Skinny were our favorite pair of the bunch when we wanted to look sharp. They are high-waisted and flattering for any body shape. We loved the skinny shape, but appreciated that the lower leg wasn't overly tight, like some of the other skinny options we tested. The waistband, belt loops, and zipper are all durable and well made, plus the denim fared well during our durability test. If you are dressing to impress, look no further than the Levi's 721. 
Because these pants are tight-fitting and flattering, they fall a bit short in terms of range of motion. We definitely would not recommend these for doing chores around the house or for helping a friend move furniture &mdash; they just don't have the same give that a jean with a higher elastane percentage does. That's ok because these are d definitely our go-to for a night out or a cute casual Friday outfit.

 They're also not as high as they seem to be on the models waist. They quality is still good and the color is great. Im going tho have to tailor then though to fit my ankles.

I need to clarify my previous review. I asked for the return of 99% Cotton/1% Elastane Mid-Rise Skinny jeans. Before I wrote my previous review, I looked at my older favorite (heavier-weight) pair of 99%/1% to get the fabric content, then wrote the review & posted it. Later I looked at a pair of newer lighter-weight Mid-Rise Skinny jeans that I also own and do NOT like, which ALSO are 99%/1% fabric content

 They're not the same. The leg opening is way too big now - decidedly bigger than the old paid I compared them to. They were a bit longer, too. Straight legged jeans don't flatter me and so these were no good

I bought these two months ago and the quality is just not the same. I noticed that I have stretching and warping around the thigh and hip area.
