Leopold FC900R

Very cool. Leopold was my first mechanical keyboard purchase (not counting my IBM Model M's I had acquired).

It's still sitting around with Cherry Clears, so maybe I should dust it off for a new project.

-Leopold FC900R (Looks a bit meh to me but that's all I can tell). And for 200€ I can buy a Ducky Shine 7. If it wasn't that expensive I would have jumped on it in a heartbeat. Are there any differences between the One 2 and the Shine 7 besides the RGb (also what does the 'blackout' version adds)?

I received my first mechanical keyboard, the Leopold FC900R PD MX Red Silent, and have to say, I am bit disappointed. I might have bought the wrong one.

I've been googling mechanical keyboards and came to the conclusion that the Leopold FC900R PD would be a better investment than one marked for gaming. One issue though is that I need an AZERTY layout (Belgian here), I haven't yet found where I can buy a set of caps for this layout.

If a standard mechanical board isn't too loud then I'd gladly recommend a Leopold FC900R or FC980M depending on which layout you like more. They've got great build quality and fantastic keycaps.

I'd go with the Leopold. Better mounting and some of the best keycaps you can get on a prebuilt board.

Nice, grabbed MX Black and MX Clears. Currently, using a Leopold FC900R w/MX Browns and would like to try some other switches.
