I have a Le Creuset enameled skillet. My best advice besides not using metal utensils is to pick up a bottle of liquid Barkeeper’s Friend to get any stubborn gunk off. It’s gentle enough for the enamel and works wonders.

Fish I can get away in the le creuset, but you need to be more precise with temperature. However I use my Le Creuset often for vegetable side dishes, where the semi-nonstick nature of these skillets and the ease of cleaning is really useful.

Pretty, Quality, $$$ but not practicle

I purchased this for a small egg pan, but eggs stick and it is not easy to clean. I am using it to warm small amounts of veggies in, but to pan fry something, doesn't work well. I should have gotten the next size up, but the cost is too high for me with it's limited cooking purposes.

Not impressed with this pan. I was hoping it would be like their enameled pots - the white interior coating. I have cast iron and know how to use it but this is just an overpriced Lodge pan. It’s prettier but not worth $250
