Nice Machine - Well Designed and Well Made
This is a better machine than any coffee maker we have owned (approx. 10 ranging from cheap to $200 including Cuisinart, Hamilton Beach, Mr Coffee). It feels more solid. The parts fit together better. * The decanter keeps coffee warm for more than 12 hours. There is no need for a warmer. The design ...

Best coffee maker
We have had this coffee maker for a month and it is the easiest duo system to use.. during the week we brew a pot , but on the weekends we use the K-cup. We had two coffee makers on the counter before. Filling the water reservoir is so easy and no more dripping to pour water into a coffee maker. I a...

The Best Keurig Carafe/Single Cup Pot So Far
This is the best Carafe/Pod Keurig to date by far.
The water reservoir is easy to grasp, lift off, fill up, and place back. It holds exactly enough for a big 12 cup carafe. A message notifies you if water is needed.
The single pod procedure is nice and easy. Lift up the door, put in the pod, c...

No Instructions!!
9/3/19: I bought the Keurig K-Duo Plus today. I was excited as this is my first experience with my own Keurig product. After several weeks of shopping around (Cuisinart was a main competitor), we bought this unit at a popular Bed and Bath retailer. It is very nice, well built and looks great. It bre...

Residual water in reservoir
This pot has never drawn all the water from the reservoir despite entering 12 cups on the dial. We have to run another cycle telling it to make 6 cups (without regilling any water) so the rest of the water gets drawn out to fill the pot. We have also had to take it apart and straighten the water lin...

Design Flaw
There is a design flaw somewhere in this coffee maker. I'm on my second duo+ in four weeks. Both units have the same problem. After about 10 days of use, it stops brewing. The water will not flow out of the reservoir through the unit. It makes boiling sounds then shuts off within 10 seconds of start...

Changed my behavior -- for the better
I would give 4.5 stars if possible, because this product is darn near perfect....but it isn't quite. I use this 7 days a week and have had it six months. The good: 1) really small profile; 2) easy to operate and schedule auto on; 3) love the 6-8-10-12 cups OR ounces; 4) so easy to place and remove t...

DO NOT BUY K-DUO PLUS
Received this for Christmas 2019. Lasted a month. Called Keurig and they sent another. It lasted 2 weeks. Called again and they sent the 3rd one. It lasted 2 weeks. I'm done with Keurig. This coffee maker is a piece of junk!! And it certainly isn't worth the amount of money they are asking for it.
