KAI PRO Utility Kitchen Knife

This type of knife is definitely all I need 95% of the time. I used to carry this and a Victorinox Cybertool but now I pretty much just carry the workpro utility knife unless I'm going to be out somewhere that I might need a different tool.

This product is listed as 'knives' because it comes in a set of 3 of the same 6" blades. I prefer an assortment of knives in my kitchen. If the product is considered a professional level knife, why would it be priced at $6 blade? I never opened the package to test the blade, simply returned it.

The knife is very sharp and comfortable, but the blade is really thick and stiff which prevents it from doing well for boning. It’s worked well so far for trimming large cuts of beef and pork but is not as adaptable as I was hoping.
