Got my first Bord, ready to start this journey

My first snowboard setup only got one trip :(

I can sort of get where Avran's coming from, let me explain. I tried tons of different park boards before settling on a K2 Afterblack, and I can't quite put my finger on what makes the difference but I feel more connected to that board than many others. It allows me to be more precise and more aggressive with my riding than any of the other boards I tried. Is it because K2 is special?

K2 boards?

Very New at this still. But picked up my very first set of gear. I Finally have my OWN GEAR! Very excited to take them to the mountains next week!

Signal Snowboards with signal care (park series, park pro, disruptor)  Capita DoA, Ride Burnout, Ride Twin Pig, K2 Afterblack, YES Basic, NS Funslinger

5'9" 185lbs. I'm looking for an all mountain park board that won't break the bank and can progress with for a LONG time. Something with which I can  charge and carve groomers, hit medium jumps and side hits, jib, and experiment. I live near Chicago so lots of ice and mediocre Midwest conditions, but I will occasionally take trips out to Colorado, Montana, etc. where there might be some more powder and backcountry involved than I'm used to. I've been riding heavy Rossignol rentals for a few seasons.

Basically I want to focus on park without sacrificing the versatility of riding everything else and still having fun with it. I've been looking at the Rossignol Jibsaw as a primary choice, but am open to suggestions and criticisms. I have no idea about bindings.
