It only works when I elevate it by setting it on a thick book, defeating it's clean look. The second issue is I wear socks around my house and don't like the feeling of my socks grating against the sandpaper strips on the footrest. It just didn't work for me and I feel like I'm being forced to keep something I don't want or like because they really don't want it back

I would not recommend purchasing this footrest unless you are 100% positive you will keep it. I have owned this product for approximately 5 minutes. I already think it's great. As I hoped, it is helping me recline in my chair correctly rather than sitting forward and leaning into the screen. Otherwise, I'd be leaning forward and hunching over my keyboard tray or crossing my legs or both

This product was shipped very securely, but it does ship in its own packaging

Overall, I really like this footrest. I’ve been searching for months and finally took a chance on this one even though it is a bit pricey (for me). It works really well and I’m glad I can use it with my shoes on - another feature I wanted. The reason for the 4-star rating is that a little piece of the wood was chipped but I did not want to go through the hassle of returning it especially during a pandemic! All in all, worth the investment and I do recommend

I simply love this footrest i use it everyday without issue. My only caveat is that the price is a little up there and unfortunately this model did not come with the massage balls. I had to return it initially since one seller shipped it later then expected. I reordered and got it through amazon instead
