Hp M605 this is THE goat when it comes to high volume monochrome’s. Edit: also to clarify. Hp kept the same engine assembly with their 4000 all the way up to the 605 then they did the god awful design for the 608. They are light years apart when it comes to user and tech workability.

paper tray doesn't work, is in pieces, doesn't lift the tray automatically- tray doesn't work. printer is damaged and appears to have taken a pretty heavy blow to the right side, plastic tray is out of place and doesn't slide forward locking it into place.

I've been using HP printers for over 20 years and the quality is as good as ever. Just be sure you buy the right size printer for the amount of printing you will do. If you buy a cheap printer the toner costs are much higher.

A true work horse that is quick to the first print which is the number one feature I look for. Most of the printing in our production environment is short run and having someone stand there waiting is just wasted time.
