 Okay, so I hate these things. Okay, so oh my gosh. Okay, so this is normally a perfume that I wouldn't normally go for. This is 100% intense, bombastic floral to me, so more specifically in the opening

 So the mid and the dry down of this perfume, to me, it remains a very boozy smelling floral. Like is that even a thing? A boozy floral? I don't think I've heard that very often or anyone else describe something as being both boozy and floral at the same time. But along with it smelling like a boozy vodka and white floral scent, mostly orange blossom and jasmine, I do smell some sweetness emerge on my skin and the sweetness comes from fruit. Um, the fruit smell in here smells like an orange slash peach, like if there was a hybrid between those two, or an orange and a peach had a baby, that's what the fruitiness in here reminds me of

 I think it's a really interesting opening, challenging for someone who doesn't wear a lot of florals or even doesn't like florals, but really, really kind of like opened my eyes. And it's just really so, so, so interesting to me how this how this opening has made me feel. So the mid and the dry down of this perfume, to me, it remains a very boozy smelling floral. Hermes 24 Faubourg EDP Review | Now THIS Is What I Call A Classy Floral Perfume!

 Hey guys, it's me again, Delicious Delights. Welcome to my channel. Today I want to share

 with you guys my thoughts on an older fragrance from the beautiful, beautiful house of Hermes.

 This is called 24 Fauxberg EDP, and I'm not sure if I'm saying that right, but 24 Fauxberg

 is my best guess. So this is one of the perfumes that I always, always saw at the perfume store

 sitting there, really pretty in that really pretty bottle, but never, for some reason,

 never went out of my way to actually go test it. I'm not sure why. It's just been something

 like in my peripheral vision that I've always had my eye on, but I don't know why. It's just,

 I guess something else was stopping me. So finally, finally, I got my nose on this,

 and I've worn it a few times, and yeah, I'm just gonna get this on my skin here. I have one of

 those terrible Dever samples, but that's what I have here, so it's good enough for me to share

 with you guys what I think about it anyways. Okay, so I hate these things. Okay, so oh my gosh.

 Okay, so this is normally a perfume that I wouldn't normally go for. This is 100%

 So this is a very, very crisp, sharp, and clean white floral scent. It's also a little bit sour

 and green at the same time, and I really like the opening of this. It's because it's different. Like

 I said, I don't really go for full-on floral scents. When I first started with this hobby,

 I was really into the floral scents. Then I went into the gourmand-y things, and I still really

 love gourmands, but now I'm starting to really appreciate floral scents again, and I'm starting

 to like gravitate towards them more. So this is, wow, so, so sharp. Like when I smell this, I almost

 want to like step back a little bit. So the opening to me is, if you can imagine a glass,

 a cold glass, a very, very strong, intense vodka, and then you throw some sour white floral,

 floral flowers in it, like flower petals. That's what I'm smelling here, and I'm not sure,

 like I even, I really doubt that anyone else would consider this a boozy floral, but to me,

 it smells like that sourness is making me feel like it's like a strong alcohol, but an alcoholic

 drink kind of alcohol. So like vodka or like a gin kind of smell. And then you have those really,

 really intense, crisp, sharp white flowers just marinating in that floral, in that glass of really,

 really strong, intense vodka. And that's what the opening smells. And when I smell this,

 like the imagery in my mind is I'm picturing a very confident, strong woman in a white power suit.

 That's what I'm picturing. And if I were to name someone specifically, if you guys have watched

 Rocky IV, Drago's wife, I think her name was Ludmilla. She was just a very beautiful, tall,

 model-like woman, like very strong and confident. She had like this really sleek, short haircut.

 Just giving off the, just these vibes of being very confident and really, really like

 like strong and being a very empowering kind of woman. That's what I picture here.

 So back to the florals in here specifically. The notes say that it's hyacinth. There's a lot

 of florals in here. Hyacinth, ylang, black elder. I don't even know what that is. Iris, orange

 blossom, gardenia, and jasmine. Those are the notes listed, but my nose picks up mostly orange

 blossom and jasmine. And then other things in the background, but those are the two most prominent

 floral notes that I pick up in here. So that's the opening. I think it's a really interesting opening,

 challenging for someone who doesn't wear a lot of florals or even doesn't like florals, but really,

 really kind of like opened my eyes. And it's just really so, so, so interesting to me how this

 how this opening has made me feel. So the mid and the dry down of this perfume, to me,

 I can smell both separately at the same time, but also I, in the mid and the dry down, I also

 notice a sweetness that's coming from a very creamy vanilla. So all of that together, boozy,

 floral, beautiful peach and orange sweetness and a beautiful, sweet, creamy vanilla. And I really,

 I like this, you guys. It makes me smile. It doesn't smell like a lot of perfumes, especially

 the new releases that I've been talking about lately. Um, most of them aren't awesome. This one

 is definitely, um, has character to it, has dimension, has a personality and, um, this is
