 Neither feature is actually part of the shell jacket. Front zipper is difficult to start, but perhaps it will be easier after some use. Other than the missing features, jacket seems to be a high quality shell and fits well.

Incorrect product description

 Four poppers on this side, two on the other so you can adjust the size if you need to. Skirt itself attached into the main lining of the jacket, section of material that drops down underneath there and then we have an elasticated waistband with some rubberised sections at the bottom. So the idea of this is you pin that snow skirt together inside the jacket around your waist, those elasticated sections hug the body nice and tightly and help prevent any snow from getting up inside the main section of the jacket which is obviously going to keep you nice and warm. We've also got a couple of waist adjusters below the skirt itself as well, nice large toggles on here, got one on each side, give those a pull so then tighten the waist around the base of the jacket and again help prevent any of that snow and cold air from getting up inside

 However once you've got that hood up we have a couple of adjusters at the front there, give these a pull, elasticated toggles with the little sections on the end there makes it really easy to grab hold of especially when you've got your gloves on. Give that a pull, this tightens the hood around the face and helps prevent any snow or cold air from getting inside the hood. Round on the back, as mentioned before we've got that zipper section underneath there for removing the hood and also another little toggle at the back here, give that a pull, that adjusts the volume of the hood around the head, squeezes it down, obviously gives you better insulation, keeps you a bit warmer and also a lot more comfortable as well. Really good strong solid peak at the front of that hood as well, can help prevent any rain or snow from getting into the face and a nice high rise neck collar at the back there for keeping your neck nice and warm

 Round on the front, really good strong baffle over the top of the zip, pop it at the bottom and the top and held in with velcro in the middle, little fleecy tab over the top of the zip there as well just to prevent that zip from scratching against your chin. Inside another internal baffle again to help prevent that cold air from getting in, all fleece lined around the collar as well so it's going to be nice and comfortable against the neck and the face and all fully insulated inside so again going to keep you nice and warm. Little zippered pocket on one side here for stationary bits and pieces and then we have a nice large utility pocket on the other side, you can squeeze your goggles into there if you need to, maybe even your gloves as well. Round towards the base we have the snow skirt, it's currently pinned back out of the way so when not in use it doesn't get in the way and get all tangled up with your zippers
