Maybe the Beolid 15 again sounds better on low volumes but we will see this in my full review of the Go and Play.

I was surprised by this speaker. I was expecting something bass heavy and not listenable.

I currently own a JBL Boombox 2 and while it goes loud and has an incredible battery, the sound quality isn't really there for me. I want something that sounds great I really like the low volume bass and overall sound of the Harman Kardon Go+Play but it distorts on hugest volume and very bad battery life.

The bass isn’t as good, distorts it rattles at lower levels compared the onyx and the I’m not a fan of the harshness of the highs. I really love the wifi connection as I live in Mexico in a concrete house and was always getting drop out if I moved my phone from room to room when it was playing on Bluetooth. The bass is very deep (does a great job with Tool, Rage Against the Maching and Pantera) and the vocals and highs are smooth. Obviously not an audiophile unit but for what I paid (3200 pesos or about 160usd) I am very happy with it.

OK first thing first this speaker looks FANTASTIC and the sound I think is VERY good not perfect but really good that's why only 4 or maybe 4.5 stars just shy of perfect. If the sound was crystal clear it would be 5 stars its not crystal clear at high volumes at least to my ears. Battery life/issues...

The small touchscreen on the soundbar is a novelty and I found it responsive, even though you can only see it when standing over the soundbar. The remote isn't as lux as the rest of the system, but easy to hold and intuitive.
