With the Prime being a fairly new contender from a Uk brand with a decent price, I was up for giving it a try.

Um, so yes, I have nothing but good things to say about this new Gt Omega Prime.

Better seating position, more immersive, shifter/handbrake better reachable, you can mount buttkickers to your rig. Everything is more adjustable to your needs. I have the gt omega art cockpit which is a good entry level rig.

Very sturdy cockpit. I have a Fanatec CSW 2.5 wheel, V3 pedals and SQ V1.5 shifter mounted with no problems. Installation of all components fit together perfectly without any issues. If you’re ordering in the US, consider the GT Omega Prime (it’s the aluminum one). Also the Trak Racer cockpits seems popular too.

Had a little difficulty with certain parts of the assembly but overall not too hard, and now that it's all together it feels very solid and sturdy. Very adjustable to accommodate different users. Definitely would recommend.
