Hank's belts. This one is going on 15 years now, no deforming, stretching, cracking. They have a 99 year warranty and are under a hundred bucks. Highly recommended. (Next to it is a Bark River Knives Adventurer).

I picked up a grip6 belt a few years ago on whim. It's the only belt I've used since, both at work and otherwise. I do see the appeal of a classic leather belt but the simple and lightweight webbing really works for me.
