Gorsenia Roma

I have Nessa Helen in 70K (32H UK) and Gorsenia Roma in 70J (32GG UK) and I fit best in 30HH UK bras. The Roma is one whole cup size smaller but they fit similarly in terms of volume so I do agree that Gorsenia bras run around 1 cup size large.

I am in your range 30F-32G (depending on weight), and I wear Fantasie Emmie, Fantasie Illusion, Panache Clara, Panache Envy, and Gorsenia Roma. I have a Panache Ana for special outfits, and Panache Ultra High Impact for sports. I just ordered two more Gorsenia bras to try off BraStop. Great sale right now.

For a more rounded shape, I think you might like Gorsenia and other Polish brands. They also offer padded, seamed bras, which is a nice compromise between projection and shaping. I have an unlined Gorsenia Roma which I really like.

I love Gorsenia Roma, although the wires are a smidge narrow at times, and the top of the cup is "lightly" filled. Panache Envy is just a bit pointier than I'd like. Fantasie balconnettes aren't as perfectly smooth at the top of the cups as I'd like, if only the lace had a bit a stretch to it.

I wear this size range (30F-32G depending on weight), and I love Panache Clara (flexible fit), Fantasie balconettes like Emmie (firmer cup), Fantasie Illusion (in between), and Gorsenia Roma (rounded, upper full cup). My center fullness might be less than yours, so you might also try Panache Ana, which is a plunge. It tends to run a cup size small. Panache Envy suits many shapes, and Panache Jasmine suits upper fullness well.

I picked up the Gorsenia Roma and Kinga Nea. Both are beautiful and work great in terms of immediate projection for a small ribcage - which will hopefully stop the bra creeping downward as most others seem to.

I would stay away from molded cups. They aren't generally as supportive as seamed cup bras. Right now I'm wearing Fantasie balconettes like Emmie, Panache Clara, and Gorsenia Roma. Mostly, I look for "side support", a balconette shape, and stretch lace at the top portion of the cups.

I got the Gorsenia Roma, and I like that it has three hooks instead of two, and I like how secure the wider band feels. Polish bras are supportive and projected.
