 Basically the oven is useless. We sent this one back with the installers, called and scheduled a third delivery We have no oven for about a week or 10 days, and then we get the third range delivered. Was told by support we would get white glove delivery on this one, they would check everything before delivering. Not only was there no “white glove delivery”, the delivery guys had it as a drop off with no installation! Whatever, everything works as expected this time but the film on the control panel (under the plastic covering) is bubbling and looks awful

There are a lot of good features on this stove, only one negative.  It is easy to use the controls, oven heats fast, racks work well.  We've only used the griddle a couple of time, but it was easy to use and easy to clean.

From a design standpoint I wish one of the small low output burners was in front so I would not have to reach back to stir a sauce pot.  I think the convection function on the oven is over rated but the fan is reasonably quiet so it is not an issue

This unit was a bit expensive for an upper middle range unit but I am happy with the product so far

Nice stove features - disappointing wear on grates

 There are a couple spots where the baked enamel paint has flaws.  No one carried one, so picking it out from looks on line makes it hard to compare.  This one is much harder to clean - open seams/areas for spills or food to get trapped. The top slides in the space, but nothing to overlap the counter like the old one -- any spill will go right down the crack between the cabinet & stove - its a very thin crack - but any liquid will go right in between the cabinet and stove
