 And today I want to tell you about the G3 Via Carbon ski pole.

 I used it all last season and really loved it.

 The things that I love most about it are the really pronounced beak at the top of the pole.

 It works super well to pull your toe piece up into walk mode

 without having to bend down. So that's super handy.

 The pole also has this good long grip section so you can choke up on the pole in your uphill hand, which is super comfortable.

 The mechanism on the Via poles is really great.

 I find that it doesn't freeze up as easily as some other mechanisms I've used.
