Yes, the bra everyone recommends everywhere as the best bra for working out with a large bust. It is properly sized using the ABraThatFits calculator and the advice here. I also have a Freya Sonic High Impact underwire that I wear, but had worn the Panache for the last two runs.

As a pre-op trans man, I find that if my boobs don't jiggle at all I kinda just forget they're there. Wearing a well-fitting bra lessens my dysphoria even more than wearing binders, actually. The sports bra I own is a Freya Sonic. It has a very firm band and it usually leaves red lines in the skin after taking it off, but it works really, really well to lock down my chest.

For sports, SheFit, Panache Ultimate High Impact, Shock Absorber, Freya Sonic, and Enell might really do her some good. Running while holding your breasts is embarrassing as heck.

I have a Freya sports bra that runs tighter- Freya Sonic Spacer. Sorry you can't find bras in your size. It's difficult when we're told our sizes are not common.

It’s been a while since I’ve bought sports bras, bra calculator has me at a 34DD/DDD (don’t have my measurements handy). I got the Freya Sonic, Wacoal Sport, and Panache Sport online to hope I’d keep one or two. I definitely like the Freya the best and think the fit is good, but wanted a second opinion.

Like, I think maybe 80% reduction of bounce is reasonable for an encapsulation sports bra, maybe 90% for a compression sports bra. I love the Freya Sonic as an encapsulation option, super comfortable and flattering and definitely hits that 80% for me.

I would definitely prefer something more supportive. tried on only Freya sonic spacer in 30FF. definitely didn't fit right so I returned it. ​.

Since no one else has mentioned the Freya Sonic:. I have several and yes, they are very firm in the band. Even before my pandemic weight gain, I found them difficult to fasten. However, they are AMAZING at keeping my chest locked down and virtually bounce-free, even during high-intensity exercise like Ultimate Frisbee.
