 That'S all i can say is traction is whatever the hell stack happens to be um, but it is comfortable to hold, and i had no issues with using it. Okay, again, nice double guard nice brass pommel, it's just overall, a gorgeous blade that can actually be used. Now, i'm going to show you some competitive options and unfortunately i do not have many knives in this price range and size range. But i'll show you what i do have, along with a few, maybe more expensive, knives that are in the same size range

 Well, the sheath is very much a um surplus, buy it and rebranded sheath. Let me see the same thing on marbles knives. This exact same sheath can be seen with a few different knives from marbles, so it's not custom made for the knife, but on a knife of this price, which i believe is 30, you can't really expect too much from them. But i'll show you how the knife carries in the sheath after some use - and this has plenty of use on it - it's not bad, but it you know it does kind of shake around a lot

 You can tell that it's not really made for the knife, and i found the snap to be somewhat weak uh and when i say that i mean i've been walking with it or sitting with it and it just pops up right, open, just see that not a Whole lot of force required to undo that snap, so you may want to replace it with a better snap. Maybe you locate it further up on the strap itself, but the quality of the leather is fairly decent. Pull the knife out. Uh, it's not a low end

 So keep that in mind. It'S not a full, solid tank construction, but the blade more than usable for edc, larger adc. I mean great defensive shape light. I mean look at that nice amount of sweep would slash very well good, sharp tip and it is a sharp tip

 per side. I rounded all the sharp edges on the handle and brass,polished the steel and brass with mold maker stones,soaked the entire knife in white vinegar for appr. 3 hrs to bring back the pattern on the blade. Did a final overall buffing

 Was expecting about 35 Rockwell. The blade is too thick.Half that thickness would be nice.Had to sharpen blade angle at 30 deg

 Not even close. While I am aware this knife Is very inexpensive I was hoping for a little better quality And at the very least the handles should be similar thickness

 First had huge amount of grease, I understand a little is needed but this was quite excessive. The handles were not the same thickness and VERY noticeable and the Damascus was not the same pattern on each side And was obviously not “real” Damascus as the folds would be similar on both sides. Not even close. While I am aware this knife Is very inexpensive I was hoping for a little better quality And at the very least the handles should be similar thickness
