It's a pretty slim machine and has A LOT of power. The straps that you use to secure the masturbator in place are made of velcro, which means that it's very easy to attach non-official masturbation sleeves - for example I've used the Fleshlight Quickshot with it before and also the Tenga Flip Orb. The True-Grip sleeve that comes with the machine also feels really good though. They've released some open ended ones for it now too but I didn't try those yet.
