The cable is proprietary so you need to be careful you don't lose it and there is a little bit of a danger. I Think with this could get damaged by water on the base of the toothbrush

So whilst it's not perfect in every regard for the price, I Really can't complain. and I think if you're looking for a good value electric toothbrush and you're not brothers about necessary owning a premium brand, then the FW 507 is a very serious toothbrush you should consider.
