Last year I won a contest with Faction and was sent two pairs of skis. I opted for the CT 3.0 and the Agent 3.0 and the idea was to have a resort/slack country ski and a full backcountry touring ski. I am looking for advice on what bindings to get for either.

Lighter skiers, what width do you like for deep days?

5’ 9” 135lbs i ski colorado and have qst 106 at 174cm

Just upgraded to faction 3.0 112mm 178cm

Will keep both in the quiver

Faction Prodigy 3.0 - very similar to ARV, just great all around. Black Crows Atris - Wild ride, love high-speed carving. K2 Reckoner 102 - extremely fun ski, build quality not to standards of other skis mentioned.

I ripped my heel binding out of my Faction 3.0 Candide’s today. I’ve had them for 2.5 seasons and rode ~50 days or so on them. I loved them but miss a more cambered ski that can hold strong in crud and varied conditions. Also, the lack of camber just made me work really hard.

Same thing happened to my CT 3.0's as well. Terrible durability. I've never been so disappointed by a ski in my life.

QUIVER GAME: You may only own two pairs of skis and they have to be from the same company...

I have Faction CT 2.0s 172cm and 3.0s 178cm, centre mounted with pivots and that combo covers my use cases, can't justify a pure pow ski (yet).
