 It's $1,075 and we have them in a variety of different sizes. One of the cool things with Diamondback as compared to a lot of the other brands, they actually all come with these nice pedals. These are metal pedals that have the replaceable pins in them and a lot of other bike companies you'd have to spend $50, $100 to get nice pedals like this and then just come in class because that's cool. This is a really good value full suspension bike and as such, it is going to give you some adjustability with the shocks but they're not air shocks, this is a spring shock and you can adjust it by tensioning it here for different weight riders

You have the external cable routing so if you're kind of a do-it-yourselfer bike person, you want a good quality, good value bike, this Diamondback Atroz is awesome

People say you have to spend a hell of a lot of cash to buy a full-suspension bike or at least a full-suspension bike that truly performs. They’re usually right, usually. But not this time around. 

The Atroz proves them wrong with four inches of a reliable coil-sprung rear suspension that nicely smooths out the trail. Since you’ll need to climb to the top of the mountain, we’ve also given the Atroz an 18-speed Shimano drivetrain, and when it’s time to head back down, you’ll find the Suntour XCM suspension fork and Tektro Aries mechanical disc brakes keep you firmly in control of the descents.

What brand of Mountain bikes look ugly to you? Don’t hold back.

The Atroz is nicknamed the Atrozity for a reason. Spend your hard earned bucks on a quality hardtail instead. Full suspension bikes worth buying are $2k+.

Looking to get into mountain biking with little knowledge of the hobby. Would I be better off doing a cheap full suspension $1200&gt; or a decent hard tail for that price? My desired riding will be relatively smooth trails but want to get into some medium sized jumps. Only FS I can find around $1200 is the Diamonback Atroz 1 &amp; 2. I know for beginners on a budget buying used full suspension is a good idea but I’m wanting new.

Drop some recommendations of some bikes. Thanks!

Cheap Full Suspension or decent hard tail?

 You see, instead of saving up thousands of dollars, maxing out my credit cards, or selling a kidney to buy the bike of my dreams, I decided instead to take a more budget friendly approach. I did my research and landed on this 2019 Diamondback Atroz 1. I bought it during a flash sale through Amazon so I got a pretty sweet deal. It's full suspension and the components aren't the best, but it's just enough to get me out on the trails

I'm finally making my long awaited official entrance into the world of Mountain biking. 
   Rather than waiting to afford my dream bike, I opted for a budget bike  so I could hit the trails as soon as possible. Getting my wheels on the trail sooner should allow me to develop some confidence on the bike so I can upgrade as my skills progress. So far the plan has working out well. 
   I found the Diamondback Atroz 1 to be capable of handling everything I threw at it. Which was nice, considering my bike and gear came in at less than 1K.

My recommendation however would be a diamondback Atroz. It's full suspension and as affordable as a MTB can be while still being a quality product, the Atroz 1 is $1000, Atroz 2 $1400, and the 3 is $2000. Logically the components scale with the price, But I personally own the 1, And for the 4 months I've had it it's been pretty amazing.

So I’m looking at getting into mtb. I have a handful of years trail riding on a dirt bike but this will be my first mtb. I’ve read good things about this bike but I have also read it’s not a good one for beginners. Why is this? Will my previous riding experience translate over to mtb at all? Should I be looking in a different direction? Thank you!
