Davinci Resolve

GIMP in place of Photoshop, Davinci Resolve in place of whatever Adobe calls their video editor(s) these days, and Krita in place of Illustrator.

This is a dongle that will only allow one activation The dongle must be plugged in at all times taking a USB port. I'm pretty sure this is an older version as DaVinci has moved away from dongles.

VERY MISLEADING! this is NOT version 14! It's version 12.5 with USB dongle! Version 14 did away with the need for the dongle and uses an activation code.

DaVinci Resolve is the defacto best free editing program for PC/Mac (it's avail on Linux but I can't speak to how good it is).

I use Davinci Resolve for all my video editing. It's not great for photo editing but it will definitely let you incorporate photos into your video and let you color-correct them, zoom, scale, etc.

After using the free version for a long time, I finally invested in the paid (dongle) version so I can use noise reduction, lens correction, and other reserved features. Well worth the price, considering that it's a one-time payment but the software can be used on different computers with the dongle...

iMovie will do you just fine for basic stuff. If you want to get into more professional stuff, the free version of Davinci Resolve is also phenomenal.

Terrible software. I'm forced to use this junk at work and it's by far the worst editing software. Crashes, jams up, can't handle cross dissolves, text, graphics, alpha channels, doesnt save changes, and glitches CONSTANTLY. It's pure garbage.
