Strap broke on maiden voyage. Plastic clip broke in half. Doesn’t appear to be fixable. Overall held up pretty well, but will have to replace already and only used once.

Was unaware this was an older model when purchased. These models topple over easily when standing upright. The new models are much nicer and sturdy.

I’ve had more than a few pieces of travel kit over the years - I travel for holiday & work several times a year and I am away for weeks at a time. So, after my trusty (but somewhat light-duty) Samsonite rolling duffle / split top started to fray and split, I started research on its replacement.

The velcro which holds the "split wing" part of the luggage in place tore off in my hand while I was putting it together. Very disappointed!

For the money it is well worth every penny! More than enough pockets for everything! Quality craftsmanship right down the the wheels!

Used on 1 trip and stitching already coming out. Filed claim and it take 3-4 weeks to process.... Not happy

Dakine has the best quality bags that last for years! This suitcase is great quality, very sturdy. I bought one for myself and my husband was so jealous that I ended up buying one for him too!
