 So you know, if you into really homemade pizzas, you know unless you're doing like on a ten, a quarter-inch pizza stone your own little personal size. Pizzas. If you wanted to do something bigger, then you know that's something to consider that this can't hold that thirteen inch pizza stone to do your larger size, pizzas. It can hold a 12 inch frozen pizza and that's the maxi keyhole

 You feel like you're dealing with a lot of marketing, even when you going through the recipes with some other cook, but you feel like you're dealing with the marketing because they're giving me a times and temperatures that you don't find work out for you. You know I find they don't work out for me, always not having started my super wave oven recipes that comic blog is because the cookers I was using them. Things didn't work out and I needed a place to store my recipes and share with others and that's how it all got started, because the stuff that was being recommended by the manufacturers just wasn't working, but with this cooker Cuisinart did a very good job testing. This cooker out the stuff that they write in their manual works the rest recommended cook times

 If 10 minutes they will pretty burnt, you know I mean got ta go a little lower. I'Ve had to do like I'm sort of 400 degrees. I do like maybe 375 for 10 minutes and they turn out. You know a bit better as far as not being overcooked, but that's just how hot this thing and get things from frozen and get it done fast, and so I really like that

Air frying in this cooker does work a lot quicker than 400 degrees and frying, something like the power in front of it or the power up front, oven, 360 and we're looking hace 360

 We had it first placed 6 inched away from a column and over time while not burning to the touch was uncomfortably hot and long term could damage the wood trim. I cannot imagine just a 3 inch clearance to a backsplash, it IMHO is simply not enough for the hot air to escape.

I can’t blame the design, the hot air has to go somewhere and this design decided to exhaust on the back rather than a side or upward (which has tradeoffs).

 This design requires PROPER ventilation, as in the 2-3 inches guard in the back is NOT good enough. The exhaust in the back is equivalent to a hair dryer on HIGH setting. Failed after 3 uses, also proper ventilation / airflow or IT will air fry

 No time at all. My little puff pastries had puffed right up and then all I had to do was dip them in honey or Jam, or you could just actually eat them like that. They almost have a shell. That'S cracker like when they're really cool but fresh out of the toaster oven, they were absolutely delicious

 I also made sopapilla on Cinco de Mayo, and that is a Mexican pastry and all you do is cut the pastry up into strips. Normally, you would throw it into a vat of boiling oil, but to save on the calories and the fat. I just threw it in the airfryer and I thought I would just test it out and see what happens put it in the airfryer for 10 minutes at 325 degrees. That'S what I started at, but I ended up actually changing the temperature Midway and I just realizing that they weren't puffing up fast enough and it wasn't hot enough and I bumped it up to 400 degrees and that's when everything really started cooking

 The only thing to keep in mind with this toaster oven is because it does get so hot so fast that you may have to tweak the temperature, depending on what you're cooking. So I had the I just tapped the preset to cook french fries and it set it for 400 degrees for 15 minutes, but that was actually too much time and a little bit too hot for the amount of french fries. I was cooking, so you can tweak the temperature and when you do tweak the temperature, then everything turns out great. That'S the drip pan right there and you can tell that I've been making heavy use of this toaster oven, that's the airfryer basket, so it has more than enough room to fit a family sized meal

 Actually so what I was doing was just kind of hovering over it at the 9 minute mark. I noticed that the top of the loaf of bread was getting quite brown and, at the 21 minute mark that brat loaf of bread was done. I did reach in and brush it with butter so that I could have the same crust that I always do on my other bread, but once I did that, I just let it sit inside the toaster oven for another minute and I pulled it out honestly. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful loaf of bread

Learning curve, reduce your recipe temps and time

 I got my bagels in, I'm gonna close up the door here, you can see I've selected my toaster settings on shade four, and then this little button here is gonna blink to show me. Okay, just press that to start. It's gonna start that toasting process, you can hear the fan run in there to get the convection going. Another cool function is we can switch a light on and see exactly what's happening inside

I'm leaning towards the Cuisinart TOA-65 oven over the Breville BOV900BSS (supposedly the best one) because Breville doesn't air fry as fast according to online articles. Would you recommend the Cuisinart, Breville or something else?. 3.

 Using the standard air fryer settings it incinerated the chicken to an inedible state. Cutting the time settings almost in half and they were decent but dried out (I've heard spray oil on the food can improve this). In any case I haven't used the air fryer setting since.

I've since been using mostly the bake settings on low fan speed. Lots of guess work with bake. If you use the toaster oven or conventional oven settings on prepared food instructions mine will totally over cook or burn the food. You have to start watching the food before the half way mark and closely monitor to avoid over cooking
