Works well when it works. Lets hope the third one is the winner. First one stopped brewing after one year, the second started leaking. Have third one 2 months, good so far :-)

It’s really large, carafe measuring doesn’t match cups measures, and the metal filters don’t filter the coffee grounds requiring paper filter and leaving sludge. It’s ok.

The unit is NOT 11.3 in. in height as stated above. It's 14.6 and will not fit under my cabinets on the kitchen counter. Probably sending back.

EDIT (8/24/18): If the "Clean" light comes on every time you run a brew cycle -- even after prior repeated cleanings -- you can probably fix this issue by unplugging the unit for at least one (1) hour, preferably longer.
