I like the size and the looks of this appliance. It works well I suppose but it's taking me a while to figure out the best way to use it. It's pretty much guess work as to how long to cook anything and at what temperature - a lot of experimenting so far. The "dial" control makes it difficult to pinpoint the specific time setting

 I think it's easier to just cook in a convection oven with aluminum foil on a cookie sheet - nothing to clean up. But, I'm not giving up on it yet.

I have always been happy with Cuisinart products but I must say, this time i am disappointed. It is not the fault of Cuisinart but having no experience with Air Fryers I made my purchase because of the brand name. I would like to have other than dials with which you cannot accurately set either time or temperature. With the Cuisinart it is a guess
