 Now I do understand that speakers do work in a certain respect so for example it's passing through a certain signal, certain frequency down to the subwoofer and therefore when you unplug it it's not going to reproduce the same sort of sound as your conventional 2.0 setup versus the 2.1 setup we've got here but nevertheless it's just quite interesting to see what that subwoofer is actually doing to this system as such and in this respect I was really impressed to see what that subwoofer was able to deliver. It's really nice in terms of the overall tonality and the overall frequency that it actually is able to reproduce

 Some people online complain about how long the cable is, personally I think it works quite well simply because this is a desktop type of speaker. Of course if you have a laptop or something more portable it will be quite annoying to have all the cables running, so you've got one cable running from left to the right channel, you've got another cable going to the subwoofer, another cable going to the USB and another cable going to your DAC or whatever it might be. Now the actual design of the speaker is pretty nice, it's pretty small as you can see it kind of fits in my hand pretty well. It's very lightweight as well and they're also angled at a 45 degrees so therefore if you put them down at a desk like so they're going to be pointing towards your head which is exactly what you want

As I said before up to well down to around 50 hertz is what it's capable of that is actually plenty in terms of sub bass rumble at this sort of price range and in terms of the mid bass it's actually pretty controlled it doesn't have too much wobble it doesn't sound too uncontrolled but that said it you know it's not as crystal clear as some higher end systems. Still all things considered and given the little tiny size of that subwoofer it's absolutely impressive to hear the actual bass quantity and the quality

 Fortunately this can be fixed with free software like Voicemeeter and SteelSeries sonar. After using steelseries sonar presets it sounds also sounds good for listening to podcasts and music.  In short: These are great speakers for the price but will need some tweaking if you plan on using them for anything but music. Overall, I am very happy with them after using free SteelSeries sonar software to adjust the midrange EQ

 And the $20 version comes in black or white. The white ones look very clean if you have a white setup. But again, I have to reiterate this. They have no right to sound this good

 If you are looking for computer speakers, these are definitely ones you should check out. If you want a minimalist design, I think the two are still going to be really good quality for just $20, but if you do want that bass, if you do want that sound, you definitely want the subwoofer. I do wish that the subwoofer cable was a little bit longer, that's my one and only complaint about it. Other than that, you plug in the headphone jack, you plug in the USB, that's it

Wow well done. I love my creative pebble speakers. So much bang for your money.  Looks so nice with this setup

My Stealth Gaming Setup (PS5) Nothing too crazy. The whole idea was to create a setup that can be 4-in-1. A gaming setup, a product showcasing desk, a drafting table and a meeting table. :)

Respectable power and quality for this price of USB powered speakers with the simple volume control and the convenience that comes with USB controlled audio on the computer end. Modern USB-C cable but comes with a type A adapter with was nice since my dock didn't have any other free C ports.  The Bluetooth mode is annoying however as it's easy to accidentally hit the toggle button next to the volume dial and it used the same blue LED color for both regular operation and bluetooth. I thought the speakers or cable had failed before realizing that the flashing blue means it's in bluetooth mode

 It's an aspect I've found not every piece of audio tech has, so I like that I can hear highs and mids really nice on these. Alternatively, the bass is kind of a disappointment to me first off. The sub does not give you thumping bass, as the website says, it's more so just present, but not overwhelming or crazy by any means. It's hard to develop a bassline to know how much bass is actually accurate, but I will say again, the bass here, compared to other audio tech, is present, but definitely not over the top

I like the design, apparently the look is inspired by Japanese rock gardens? You know, I've never seen a rock and been like, I'm gonna make a speaker built like that, but the look is nice, and I can't figure out whether I like or dislike the USB powered thing, as opposed to having a plug. The thing is, my outlets are crowded, so that if the speakers had a plug, I'd have to work some out between my lamps, my projector, and my laptop

 But at the same time, it's one more thing to plug and unplug for my laptop when I move it for my setup, and I only have 3 USB ports to work with, so I don't know, it's each his own honestly. But overall, I think these are some of the best sounding speakers that are cheap and pretty to look at. I will say, I encourage spending the extra cash on the subwoofer model, just cause the bass is not the speaker's strong point, but of course, if you want good speakers for only 20 bucks, the speakers only model is still a good pickup. All in all, as I'm still half quarantined, I've been listening to waveform podcasts, you know, watching some Minecraft, YouTube, and listening to Young Tug to stay sane, and I do all that on these speakers

Hey guys , im looking for a 1440p gaming monitor sub $300 but a lot of them do not come with built-in speakers. Im moving over from a laptop to a desktop and when i eat i like to watch netflix without using my headset. Are cheap (probably around like $50) external built in speakers viable cause i mean obviously gaming laptop speakers are not the greatest in general. Im just thinking if i should just get a gaming monitor without built in speakers to make the search easier and then purchasing external speakers. Any recommendations for monitors are wanted as well! Preferably 1440p , 144 hz , low MS , gaming monitor is the idea

Questions about 1440p Gaming Monitor and Built-In Speakers

For $20 these are pretty impressive! When you try and get bass out of such a small speaker there are always compromises, in this case the bass is a little muddy. Fiddling around with settings on my PC made it better, still have some tuning to do. These have a nice heft to them and a rubber base to make them stay put ( they drive quite a lot of vibes into the heavy office desk I have them on ). Two connections, a USB A for power and a mini jack for sound signal

For 20 bucks

 The main reason why I decided to buy the Pebble Plus is because it's USB powered and that's actually pretty convenient. So, let's go over that. I tested the desktop speakers for a few weeks and I think it's a great product. The sound is very good, it doesn't take up too much space, it looks really nice and I love the fact that the system is USB powered

 The speakers are also pretty small. All cables are connected to the right speaker. The right speaker also has the volume control and a manual high gain switch. Setting up the system is pretty easy and only takes a few seconds
