Everything is good, but initially has a strong smell. If you have a sensitive nose, you will probably smell it just sitting at your desk, and it will stick to your hands as well. After a couple of days the smell becomes unnoticeable unless you are actively sniffing the pad.

this is a great pad. i got mine and it lays flat its colors are right and there is no smell. my only issue was i wanted to buy 2 of them for both of my desks and it wouldn't let me it would only let me buy one. :(
