 So the custom fit of previous ones with similar straps isn't possible. Too bad.  Edit to add: Unlike all the other Chacos I've worn these just didn't work, returned.

 1. They aren't made of the same good, heavy-duty material I expected, are lightweight & I suspect won't last nearly as long. Built-in obsolescence? 2. The inside doesn't have the nice texture of their traditional sandals so when it's warm I imagine not as comfortable

Not what I expected as a long-time Chacos wearer.

 Overall, just be aware of what you’re walking on/through/into as mine were nowhere near as durable as I was hoping for.

I think the shoes are comfortable however after only having them for a few months(usually use them around the house) I was on a walk and the part that secures the strap ripped and broke. I’d give 5 stars for comfort but the shoe itself I am unsure on the quality.  Edit: the seller contacted me and made things right. I appreciate that and will give them another shot

 I ordered a replacement, but that’s not a good sign if this somehow slipped through the cracks. I couldn’t write a review without also mentioning how smelly they were! I hope they fix this.

Sandals fit well and felt good. However they would constantly slide off my feet regardless of how much I adjusted the straps. I couldn’t walk anywhere without having to readjust them every 3-4 minutes. Unless you just want some sandals to just sit around and “chill out” with as the name of the shoe suggests, I find them poorly designed

Falls off my feet

Great footbed but strap style has is too long

 Less than intelligent design of the buckle and strap. Perhaps they only wanted the adjustable LOOK because the nylon straps slip.
