 If you're paying a premium there should be a reason why.  Sits a bit low on the back. I found myself wishing the shoulder straps were both more solid and spaced farther apart.

Fully ventilated shoulder straps would be amazing for allowing heat to escape, but they tend to bunch inward on themselves and become uncomfortable in the armpits.  Quality of clasps and small plastic parts has degraded to the same quality found in random Chinese Amazon brands. If you're paying a premium there should be a reason why.  Sits a bit low on the back

Leaks

The straps keep it in place well; I haven't had any issues with it shifting on me.  The padding that rests against your back is nice and comfortable.  I'm not sure if it will be too warm against the back in the heat, but I don't think it will.

   The straps are uncomfortable.  They are lightweight and mostly mesh, but I find that they dig into the front of my shoulders.  With multiple layers on it's not too bad, but with only one layer it's quite uncomfortable.  I do seem to get used to it after a few minutes, but I'm not sure it will be comfortable enough on really long rides (I've only used to for about 90 minutes continuously so far)
