Okay for a starter glove

 Got a second one after that one ripped on me, and my second made it through three matches before tearing on the first tee of match 4. Horrible durability. Shop elsewhere unless you plan on getting a new glove every 3 outings.

 One concern I have is that the leather finish is a little more rough than the standard white golf glove in this model. (I have owned what is essentially this glove in white for about six months and have been impressed at how well it has held up; I am generally very hard on golf gloves and usually wear them out in about 8-10 rounds. The "OptiColor" version, however, has a different finish and my initial impression is that these will not hold up as well as the white ones. I'll have to provide an update after playing in them for a while

THOUGH I HAVE USED CADET SMALL ALL MY LIFE I ORDERED SMALL AND FOUND IT DIFFICULT TO PUT ON AND VERY TIGHT THOUGH FINALLY IT DID FIT, SNUGLY. IF YOU ARE A SENIOR YOUR HANDS MAY SWELL WITH AGE (WATER OR SOMETHING AT WORK). I REALIZE THEY COULD STRETCH WITH USE BUT, LIKE SHOES, I LIKE THEM TO FEEL GOOD BEFORE I USE THEM. I HAVE CALLAWAY CLUBS SO IT WAS GOOD MATCH FOR THAT, TOO
