And it is definitely not a hard charger imo, flex is more on the playful side. I think if you wanted a board purely for pow performance and you live somewhere you see a lot of deep pow days, then maybe the sushi as it is a pow board through and through. Or you might like the Sashimi honestly, as it’s more capable all arounder than the Sushi which is probably only good on legit deep days. But yea the skeleton key is a pretty fun board, and capable in pow as well as carving around the mountain.

For those of you looking for bang for your buck, I just bought myself a burton skeleton key for $285. I’ve recently seen it on sale on sale in all sizes for 275-299. It is normally $500 and I’ve read some great reviews on it.

I love my Burton Skeleton key. It’s super versatile and can be ridden on anything from groomed trails to deep pow, but it absolutely kills in the pow zone.
