 I’m very pleased with the leash on the gloves. The inner portion of these is where I’m disappointed. The velcro closure on the outside mitt has caused quite a bit of pilling and I feel that by the end of the season I’ll have to buy a new inner portion if they are sold separately. I’ve included pictures with my review to give a better understanding of what I’m talking about

 Once on, they were really excellent and I felt like I had maximum dexterity possible in a mitten without being too tight or having extra fabric flopping around. However, they were JUST tight enough that getting them on was a bit more challenging. I almost always had to open the velcro strap to get enough leverage to pull on the mittens over my liners, especially for the second mitten. They were not "throw on quickly" mittens

These mittens come with liner gloves, which is great. The liners are thicker than my old separate Burton liners, and the touchscreen areas seemed very responsive. The mittens have built-in wrist straps, another plus, and were easier to wear than my old separate Hestra wrist straps. So these really combined what were for me three separate pieces of gear previously- mittens, straps, and liners

 If the wind chills were lower I think they wouldn't have been as effective. Wearing the outer mitten without the liner worked great when temps were about 35 and we were pretty warm. They were waterproof in fog and limited freezing rain (and in regular snow/powder), but I haven't worn them in real rain yet. They run a bit small, so if you're waffling between two sizes, I would maybe suggest one size up

Good all-weather mittens- run a bit small

I bought these mittens to use for Cross Country Skiing. I bought a Women's Small, and the whole mitten was too big for me to comfortably grip the ski poles. I ended up having a hand cramp after 10 minutes of trying to ski, which has never happened before. The main reason I wanted these mittens was to prevent my fingertips from getting cold

Nice mittens but they run VERY small. The liners are especially tight fitting and the mittens are short. I got the size Medium and they barely fit my 12 year old daughter.

Like the look! Not sure how there supposed to fit as I live in Florida but I believe they'll do the job on keeping my hands warm on my future trip to cold weather.
