 Zippers are difficult to operate but that's probably helpful with keeping moisture out. As good as this looks, neither of us thought it felt very comfortable. It's a very loud material and doesn't naturally bend with your movements. We are sending it back and going with a different Burton jacket that is a more traditional ski/snowboard coat vs

 You've got your cinch cord on the bottom here, which is pretty good when it's cold or really wet, or if you just want to bring it up a half inch or whatever, you want to just fit closer. All in all, I really like this jacket. I like the materials. I think the price points are around $250

 Glove compatibility on this is going to be great. It's got a huge opening here and kind of a baggy fit through the arms, which I like. We've got pit zips with the mesh lining. In the outer pocket, like I was saying, you've got these two in the front that kind of remind me of back country pockets

 I'm not a fan of super slim jackets with a tight hood that barely goes over your helmet. It's a size medium helmet, by the way, Smith Maze. Then having this crammed up against your neck too tight, it just doesn't work for me. I like to be able to wear as much or as little as clearly as possible underneath the jacket

 You can see my specs on the site. Arm length is probably the minimal for me. When I said amazing, I was talking more about just the general fit and the feel of the fabric. It's really comfortable and I really like the cut

Fit was a bit smaller than I usually like to wear for riding jackets, but it was just going to be my spring jacket so I didn’t need as much room for layering. Needed to use it the next day so I kept it.

This jacket is THIN. My son claims he’s warm enough but he’s 13… so. Real test is coming this week as temperatures in NW Alberta plummet to the -30c range. Zipper is junk, doesn’t work properly have had to have it fixed twice, bought this in October ‘21…it’s December ‘21…wouldn’t buy it again
