Don''t hold your breath for the latest technology with this dated piece of equipment. This thing should be given away because it's a very old model, that should have been replaced by newer tech over a decade ago. They still use the old HUGE usb connector that is pre micro-USB, the screen is so dated...

Too many bells and whistles. Backlight is not bright enough, nor does it stay on long enough while you're studying the user booklet. If you don't need all it offers, go with a lesser model.

Very difficult to use. Instruction booklet written in "greek" and not well organized. Right out of the box, the first tape I inserted, I could not get out. No instructions about how to remove a stuck tape. The display is very hard to read, even when the backlight is on Have to waste a lot of expensi...

I bought a Brother brand name label maker after my last cheapie died because I didn't want to throw out yet another electronic device. Unfortunantly three months after the two year warranty expired it died. Called, and they didn't do anything to earn my repeat business. Going to try the simplest lab...

Easy to set up and use. Existing templates for labels are vast, but lacking in the area of plant (botanical) labels. Multiple labels can be made for plant sales and identification of plants in gardens.

The only thing I would change is the saple tape you get should be a smaller size. You get the 18mm width and actually as 9 or 12mm would be bettr for testing out the product.

Gift to little girl who has now labeled everything she can! She loves it. She is 11 and needed no help except with the cutting. That feature did not work as expected.

I read the entire manual and still couldn't get it to work. My neighbor who has one came over and she couldn't get it to work either

This label maker works well and gives the user lots of options when looking for templates, designs, and choices for tape width.

User friendly and the save option saves time. The fact that it accepts different widths is a plus. Good purchase.
