 Okay. So that's what it looks like when you're carrying the knife does have that lanyard hole there. If you want to throw a landed on it in case you're, interested stainless steel, pocket clip and back spacer now, the flipper, as I mentioned, does have that little bit of jumping on it, which is a really nice touch, because it just gives you that little bit Of extra grip to flip out that blade, satin-finish vg10 hollow grind, you can see it does run on the ikbs ball bearing system. There'S the stainless steel aligner and the lock up there, just a nice little flipper

 The standard version has the 3.5 inch blades you're losing about half an inch on the blade here. Is that larger one? Let me go ahead and show you that side-by-side you can see the standard actually is finished in a stone washed. So that's another little difference and then the mini version also comes with g10 scales

 They have added some jimping there and the blade finish is a little bit different, but let's go ahead and get into some of the specs. This is the titanium version of the mini titanium scales, stainless steel liners and then that pocket clip is going to allow for a tip up or right hand carry so give you a quick shot of that in the pocket. Okay. So that's what it looks like when you're carrying the knife does have that lanyard hole there

 If you like that, I actually think this is a quite attractive version, and this one has a stone wash finish. Good. Boker Mini Kwaiken Folding Knife Overview

 These Boker versions of the kwaiken style have fairly thick blades and steel inserts, so they have a bit of heft to them. While I really like the solid feel this gives, some may find them a little heavy in their pocket. The flipper action on most of mine has been a bit stiff and dry out of the box, but they smooth out with some lubrication and break-in.

One thing to note about the mini is that, unlike the full-size, the blade is not VG-10, but D2 tool steel. Even though it says "stainless" in the description, this isn't true. If you look at the pics, the one where you can see the base of the right side of the blade clearly says D2. D2 is not stainless and will rust if you do not care for it properly

 But the trade-off is that you lose some of the stain and corrosion resistance of stainless. Give the blade a very light oiling when it needs it and you'll have a great blade that will stay razor-sharp for a long time.

 I think the inclusion of both stainless steel liners and full titanium handle scales is a bit overkill and adds unnecessary weight. 

 You would think that the relatively thin titanium scales would actually shave weight off the Kwaiken, but it’s over an ounce heavier than it’s non-flipper counterpart. Personally, that relegates the Kwaiken Flipper more towards the collectible category, and away from being a true EDC. Regardless, I am sure plenty of guys will enjoy carrying this knife, and there is nothing wrong with that. 

The compact handle of the Kwaiken flipper is built like a little titanium tank. Thick full steel liners are under generous 3-d machined pieces of titanium, all supported by a solid titanium backspacer. Construction is simple and solid. 

 I hate to sound like a weight weenie but the first thing I noticed was how heavy this thing felt. It is a chunky knife and feels like a little metal brick.
