I was super excited to get this Bentgo Salad set, but after it arrived I noticed some design flaws. Like the fork is pretty much useless. Its too flat and the teeth are not long enough. So even if you are a stabber, its difficult to eat your salad

 Loved it, worked great to keep my salad fresh (even when made 3 days ahead of eating), great compartments, dressing container until last week. Did nothing different in opening it and the tiny plastic nub that holds the side tab in place broke off. So now it's not securely closable. Such a bummer!! Poor design if just opening it makes it break off

Great until lock tab broke

 One arrived broken and its easy to see that any corner drop will break these. They should have used a much more flexible plastic (think tupperware) if they wanted these to last. I will definitely not be putting this in the dishwasher, no matter what the lable says.

 While overall I like the product - good size, top tray for the salad fixin's is handy preventing the salad going soggy but I was very disappointed in the top/lid design - the included fork is too flat & tines too short rendering it useless and the cover for the fork keeps falling out of the main lid. I very disappointed that the fork cover doesn't lock when the container is. The fork lid and fork kept falling out during transport. This design flaw is the biggest disappointment for this product otherwise overall it's a great idea and decent size

Update: I think I found a better way to open the dressing lid! I was definitely doing it wrong, which caused all my dressing to spill over my clothes lol. So, I needed to come back and make sure my review reflected that! 😊  Love the color, the idea behind it, and the portion size! Very useful! However, my only negative comment is the fact that the small dressing container lid is very difficult to open/manipulate —I even spilled dressing all over my hair, shoes and clothes while at work trying to open it. Otherwise, the product is not too bad.
