I must admit I've been very impressed with this and I must say a big thank you to Bang & Olufsen for sending this out in advance of the launch date.

I've been really impressed with the sound quality, versatility and just how useful a speaker this is in everyday life.

Bang & Olufsen makes the best sounding and best designed portable BT speakers in the game. I love my pair of Beosound A1s. If I had $500 bucks and a hot tub, I'd go for the Beolit 20.

It sounds great in a room, however when I took the speaker outside it was NOT loud enough. There wasn't much base and it sound down right cheap compared to my cousins Harman Kardon Studio 6. Long story short I sent it back and got a Harman Kardon Onyx Studio 6.

I am the proud owner of 2 Devialet Phantom Silvers and a pair of B&W Diamond 803's paired with a Mark Levinson Amp/ Preamp setup (Harman group, although, I believe the Amplifier and Preamp were made prior to Samsung's acquisition of Harman Group). I also own a B&O Play Beolit 15/ M5/ M3/ H6 And H9i and have previosly owned a Beosound 9000 and the Beolab 8000's ..... I would suggest at this price point to go for the new BEOLIT 20, which retails at 529.99. Now, this is just my opinion, the sound quality is superior on the Beolit 17 (marginally, at this pricepoint marginal improvement is significant) but the main reason I suggest this is A) It will hold its value B) B&O is a brand held in high respects, even as Harman's esteem dwindles amongst true audiophiles and listeners alike.

Bought this item For a beach trip. The sound quality is great but the battery quickly dies and the sound is reduced to 1/4. Please contact me, so I can return it.

The Bang and Olufsen Beolit 20 also looks fantastic (albeit a little expensive). I also researched the Anker Soundcore Motion Plus, and the JBL Xtreme 3. They both seem great, but I think I'm looking for something larger. Thank you for your time!
