That leaves the Cassiar and the Cassiar LT, which are definitely tailored towards inbound skiers. They both have a trim fit, with the rest of the jackets being regular. That being said, I had no issues layering an Atom LT under any of the jackets I tried. Starting with the Cassiar LT, this is essentially a resort specific Sabre AR.

This was my third Arcteryx shell and 4th jacket. I purchased it online from another vendor with out trying it on based on the sizing of my other jackets. My Atom, Alpha LEAF and Zeta's are all large. I figured this would fit the same. I was very wrong.

The SABRE LT is long.... with long sleeves....

Loving the longer cut of the Sabre LT for skiing. Found it to be fairly breathable for Gore-Tex, I can do light boot-packing without feeling too clammy. Decided to spring for the "women's" Sentinel LT bibs instead of men's. I found the inseam to be shorter and a more fit trim, without limiting any mobility or creating any uncomfortable pinch points.

Just came back from my first week skiing with this jacket and overall I am very happy with it and glad that its quality is reflective of the price.

There's a nonzero chance that at some point this winter I'll be in my proton FL and Sabre LT and Sabre AR pants lying on the floor crying about not being able to ski.

Wanted the perfect ski shell. Considered the Rush, Rush LT and a couple of high end TNF jackets as well. I ended up choosing this one despite a couple of things because it had a softer feel than the Rush and was heavier and had a powder skirt unlike the Rush LT:

This jacket has a nice and slim cut, but still fits well and looks great, even for my slightly above average waist. I am 5'10", 175 lbs, slight belly (close to M pants but wear L pants with hip protection). I really like the fit, it's still form fitting, but the shoulder and chest area is not as bul...

I've tried Sabre LT pants in size M after ordering from the Arc website, the thighs are a touch narrow for me and not much room once wearing base layer and 3/4 mid layer, and with base layer top tucked in. I'm normally size 32" in pants or size 50 European. I'm 180cm / 80kg. Arc lists size M as European size 48 and size L as European size 52, so according to the sizing chart I'm squarely between sizes.
