I have had various pieces of gear and clothing from Arc'teryx over the last 20 years, and I have to say that they know how to build a solid product. ...but a long-sleeved layer? Is it worth the Arc'teryx premium? I had my doubts.

I really like the Arc'teryx Motus shirt as a baselayer and to wear it on its own. I have a long trunk (and short legs), and this shirt is long enough to keep me coveredl. (Other brands tend to not stay tucked in.) The material is softer than other brands. Costs a little more, but well worth it.

Just taken delivery & first impression is very good. I have a lot of arcteryx products and this is one of my favourites, what a shame they have no more stock ( would be ordering more) great as a base layer or stand alone as a casual top.

I bought this to go hiking in. After my first hike, it's perfect to fend off slight winds without making you feel too hot. I never felt like I needed to take it off in 70-degree weather.

The Arc'teryx Base Layer shirt looks great, fits to size and works well alone or as a base layer on cold days.
