 I do feel that this is a groomer option, not to be said that you cannot ride it in park. Anyone who is riding backcountry and exploring deeper snow, I feel like there are other options within their line and other companies that you might want to explore. Not comparing which is better, I'd just like to see the popularity 

I personally am a Capita die hard, won't use anything else.  Got a 152 Asymulator and a 157 Mercury I wouldn't trade for the world, but I do have a soft spot for Lib Tech &amp; Burton.  Ride's slime wall technology is superior too.  There's just so much to choose from.

What's your #1 board brand???

Hey all, looking for my first board after renting all last year. East coast rider, ability level a little above a beginner I would think, have the most fun on greens and blues but get down on blacks if that's where my group leads me to.

I come from skateboarding and surfing, I like to cruise around the mountain and just try to keep up with my more experienced friends, not that interested in being a bomber or a precision power rider, so this leads me to be interested in some rocker/hybrid type of cambers

Leading to my question, I am not dead set on an Arbor board but they certainly have some of my favorite designs and what I think would be good boards for me, which leads me to be interested in a Arbor Shiloh Rocker thats on a great deal online currently in a good size for me (163mw, 200lbs, size 12.) 

While I haven't seen a lot of reviews on that board in specific, I was wondering what some experiences in general were with Arbors System Rocker with grip tech.

I believe I would enjoy a rocker setup but do have some concerns on not being that stable and 'washing out', like I said I don't believe I'll become a real hill bomber but would like the assurance of some good edge hold on those not-so-ideal east coast days. Sorry for the long post but wanted to reach out for some assurance before I made my decision, Thanks!

Experiences with Arbor System Rocker?

Hi. I’m a 40yr old, 5’10” 180lb size 11 male living in the PNW. Last season was my first. Got out 20 or so days. Locked up a season pass at Meadows for next year. Family fell in love with the sport. 

I rode last season on an Arbor Element rocker 162mw. Worked well. I don’t know what I don’t know so want to add a second board of a camber/hybrid type and keep progressing. 

Riding wise....I’m an advanced beginner? Early intermediate? I spend most of my time on blue runs just turning. Can tackle single blacks without feeling like I’m going to die or backside plow all the way down. Didn’t hit them much mostly because I’m with my 10yr old daughter who also started last year. I get edge to edge and speed wise could keep up with some advanced friends (who weren’t completely sending it I’m sure but they commented they were surprised I was right with them) at the end of the year.

I will never spend a second in the park. If I do I made a wrong turn. I’m not going to be buttering. If I get air it wasn’t on purpose. I’m fine off groomers but I won’t be backcountry for awhile if ever. 

I feel like I have analysis paralysis on boards and there are 50 solid options. Help me out. 

Current top 3 is Lib Dynamo, Orca, or Yes Hybrid

Yet another intermediate board recommendation post

I was wondering if a Coda Rocker would be too stiff for a guy who is riding blues but still new to the sport.  I've  heard that stiff boards may require more precision but with the rocker profile will it still be pretty forgiving? It is rated a 7/10 stiffness  on the Arbor site. Honestly any feedback on that board would be great. Thanks!

I don&#39;t think we will be doing any bombing down the mountain but the idea of extra stability and edge hold sounds good to me on paper. Especially to grow into. However with our limited number of times we can head to the mountain I&#39;m 
afraid that it won&#39;t be as fun of a board if we are going to be falling for a while. Just hope it isn&#39;t going to be a beast to throw around on the slopes.
