Whenever I have this problem I use clear eyebrow gel overtop. I personally use the Anastasia Beverly Hills one but I’m sure just about any clear brow gel would work.

This is actually a great brow product if you’re looking for a brow product that is natural and you want to fill any sparseness you may have in your brows. I just find that I don’t reach for it much because I am obsessed with the way brow pencils make my brows look.
