Yes they are poop bags. They collect poop and do it well. Only complaint is that the tape on the first bag tends to rip that bag as you pull it off. Other than that they keep my hands poop free. They are also priced right !

I like the bags. The only reason for the 4 instead of 5-star review is that the tape that holds the roll closed is difficult to get off without tearing a hole in the bag to which it is connected.

It's a bag that you put your hand in so you can pick up poop. My only issue is they are hard to open after tearing off from the spool. Otherwise, you get to touch your dog's poop through the bag!
