I'm 30 and wanted to learn piano. I selected this product because I wanted something that would look nice in the living room & simulate a real piano experience without a major financial commitment. More advanced features (bells and whistles) of other digital pianos (around this price-point) were not important criteria in my decision making. The action is close enough to a real piano as to make the transition very easy. One can also half pedal on it, which is a real plus. One needn't pretend that it can approach the real thing in terms of sound; that would be ridiculous. But I've found the sound to be perfectly acceptable

This is my dream come true (a top-line keybed for lowest price possible). The oboard sounds are pretty ass, but I dont use on-board sounds, dont sequence on the keyboard, dont need a built in audio/midi-usb device, dont need "bluetooth" connections, dont need onboard speakers, etc. Just give me the nice 88-key keybed with a midi out, and I am golden. I cant believe this is real
