I agree. Abosulty ridiculous of them. After trying to get the BT Black Shark to work on my Xbox Series X and no luck now this BS with the Kaira I will never attempt to work with Razer again for headsets. Absolutely absurd

COMPLETELY MISLEADING ADVERTISING, COMPLETELY MISLEADING PACKAGING. They claim this product was designed for the Xbox Series X and it is nothing but a paperweight which cannot be updated unless you have a windows PC.

This is ~~borderline~~ fraud, a huge waste of time and now I have to wait weeks  to get a refund from Amazon. F this company and all those that deceive buyers like this: 

Apologies for the inconvenience. Most of Razer's firmware updates can only be  installed  via a Windows PC. However, you should still be able to use your headset  without updating the firmware. Are you encountering any  issues with  using the headset? Or are you prompted to update the  firmware before you  can start using it? For now, you will really need  to use a Windows PC  to update your headset's firmware.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the lacking information on the  product box regarding needing a Windows PC to update our Razer devices.  This is something we can forward to the Marketing Team and our Dev Team for future consideration.

Do NOT buy a Razer Kaira Pro for Xbox Series X if you only have a Mac computer!

I don’t believe the Dyac+ is really that worth it on consoles, especially since the XBOX supports 1440p 120hz which will look a lot better and give you more enjoyment out of your hard earned money, i believe.

That being said, they concluded that although the XBOX has more powerful hardware, it could not achieve stable 120 FPS while the weaker PS5 could do this the majority of the match.

Everyday some one posts on this sub asking about the xbox one platform which they should . But they are bombarded with series s and x fan boys . Leave these people alone .no one gives a shit that you go one ,I have one two but i don't sneak it into every post I comment on . Heres my generational leap, i went from ps2 era to xbox one range was awesome, the new xbox series x stuff has games crisper... to me the changes are there and its oretty cool, AND  as a certain car said it

I have a 15 year old computer that is running off a quad core 775 old motherboard that can literally outdownload and upload this console I know that consoles are different than computers and I understand that but what bugs me is that this system is literally junk and for the CPU chip to the ram which is 3 times better than my computer should function and run smoothly which it does not and isn't that fast at all This was the whole reason why I was scared to move to console instead of sticking with PC all they do is make consoles left and right and they're all junk and that's what they want because they want to take your money and run with it when their are alot issues ...

..save yourself $500 pick yourself up an old xbox one and it runs about the same a little bit tiny bit slower and and way more cheaper oh wait no it's not it's pretty much the same price which is my issue But you can save 300 bucks for the same crap The Microsoft server has been getting worse and worse and considering the fact that I've been paying for a membership 15 years you would think they would try to do the best they can to accommodit can to a comedy and be the best which they do not care nor will ever care about Whenever I reached out to them 1 or 2 things happened one they blamed my end or 2 they blame the game or 3 which is very rare they say the systems down blah blah blah blah blah blah But then when I say oh well if you're causing me issues I want a refund for the days then I got them marked on my calendar that are having issues for those days since I pay for it and they ignore me and they do not want to lose any money because that's what it's all about money and said a helping customers customers game and have fun Again save yourself the $300 get the low xbox one even the 360 seems to be better than this console for running smoothly anyways which which still works by the way but my xbox 1 didn't work After 2 years which is what they want and then I moved up to the other xbox and same issue and now waiting for this beautiful ex to do the same which will happen probably within a year or 2 because that's what they want they want to s**** y** and take your money very bad It's like the Call of Duty's producer in the call of duty every 4 to 6 months reminds me of the same thing with the xbox they make the game so fast there's issues and bugs and they don't care they just move on and it's the same thing with these xbox as it seems
