00 . I knew it wasn't coming in the original box but was still considered new. Since it was heavy there was no way I was lugging it to a UPS store to get the full refund. It had a hole in the chair as soon as we took it out of the box. The blue tooth was easy enough to hook up and the sound was pretty good. I honestly wished I spent some more money and got a better quality chair. It seems like the chairs on amazon that looked nice and very comfortable didn't have speakers in them

My brother spotted a Herman Miller sayl that was destined for the dumpster at the hospital he worked at. I wiped it down and there was nothing wrong with it, not even stains on the seat cushion. Great chairs, they hold up really well.

After months of looking, finally got my Herman Miller Mirra used for $225

The Sayl chair looks cool and is comfortable. However, after one year of light use, one of the arm pads is tearing in the top front. The arm pad is a semi rigid foam with a hard flat support stucture underneath. The problem is the foam pad extends out about an inch past the underlying rigid support

 So over time as the pad bends down it begins to tear  It appears the foam pad is glued on the support so it is not easily replaceable (like on the more expensive Aeron chair). The arm pad is a poor design. Now my chair with be sporting some sweet duct tape on the armpad. Classy

Comfortable but Not Top Quality

I got this chair mostly for the design and for the quality that herman miller is known for. I didn't want to buy a cheaper chair that would break in a year or two.  As far as the materials are concerned, the fabric mesh cushion is nice an firm. Good back support

Absolutely average chair, which should be priced at $79-100. Nothing negative to say about it, but there is nothing good either. Many chairs bought elsewhere would be much more comfortable at half price. Cannot say anything about reliability, as I just purchased it

 I've been spending a lot of time in my room, and particularly in this chair, so 300 and something hours in the past 14 days. And I must say, it's actually a very good chair. It's very comfortable for the long use. I've been sitting in this chair maybe 4 hours at a time throughout the day, maybe 8 hours a day, 10 hours a day, and I've been sitting in this chair for the past 2 weeks

Overall this is a very comfortable chair, especially over a long period of time, like four hours, five hours on, it's a very comfortable chair, it has a very good support, that's a chair that supports your weight really well, it has a really good back support, it has tons of adjustability, and at $500 to $700 price point, I think it's a very good chair, it's definitely not cheap, but it is Herman Miller, and you know the quality is going to be good, and that is backed up by their 12 year warranty, so you should feel confident that at least your $600 or $700 chair is going to last at least 12 years
